Phil Swindle

Phil leads our international trading and command business that designs, develops, produces, sells, installs and supports, easy-to-integrate unified communication solutions for critical users globally.

With a vision to become the world's leading provider of real-time collaboration and communications solutions for the enterprise's most vital communications environments. 

Prior to this role Phil was VP security architecture where he led our global security portfolio, cyber business and professional services. Before joining us, Phil held a variety of leadership positions across the IT and telecoms industry, most recently at Avaya where Phil was Managing Director, Managed Services.

Phil holds an engineering degree in Industrial Design and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the London Business School. Phil lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife and two children and is a keen sportsman.
