Justin Castillo

Justin G. Castillo brings over twenty-five years’ experience in telecommunications, technology, and government contracting.

Justin joined BT Federal in 2019, where he serves as General Counsel. Before joining BT Federal, Justin worked at BT for five years on network services transactions; he also worked on data privacy issues.

Prior to joining BT, Justin worked for over fifteen years representing enterprise customers in procurements for network, cloud, and security services. He also served at the Department of Justice and as an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center.

Justin holds a BA and MA from Yale University and a JD from Georgetown University.
