Mike Barthlow

Mike Barthlow brings over 25 years of progressive enterprise communications technology and infrastructure experience to BT Federal’s partnerships with the US government and military.
In his current role, Barthlow is responsible for all aspects of BT Federal’s performance, operations and growth. This includes delivering trusted high value solutions to BT Federal customers by leveraging the vast resources, investment and expertise of the overall BT enterprise. He will define and execute the BT Federal operational, contractual and strategic plan, and be responsible for the achievement of its objectives.
Prior to joining BT Federal, Barthlow held a number of growth and P&L leadership roles. Over the past 7 years, he was involved in the due diligence, integration and leadership of 7 strategic acquisitions, totaling over $700 million. In his most recent position at Cubic Corporation, he served as senior vice president and general manager of Rugged IoT business units and Mission Communications and Computing, and as vice president of C4ISR strategy. Prior to Cubic, Barthlow served as vice president of US Department of Defense and Federal sales for Harris Corporation’s RF Communications Division; director of business development with Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, and Senior Project Manager in AT&T’s Commercial Signature Client Group, helping to lead the growth of the Sun Microsystems global voice and data networks.
Barthlow is a US Marine Corps Veteran who served as chief of joint theater data networks, US Central Command during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received a Masters of Business Administration from California State University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, General Management Program.
