Vijay was appointed to lead our global contact centre portfolio team 2018.
His team helps many of the world’s leading corporations navigate through their customer experience and employee engagement transformation with our solution-as-a-service offer which includes cloud-based contact centres, network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Vijay joined BT in 2008 and before that, he held several management roles at Servion Global Solutions.
Vijay’s passionate about building a high-performance team culture and working with global multinational decision-makers to help them achieve their desired business outcomes.
