Crisis often brings out both the best and the worst in us. But it does one thing very effectively… it forces us to revisit the way we do things. It also gets us to pull together to achieve these things in timescales which would be inconceivable pre-crisis.

We have no idea how, or when, this will end, but it’s created a future that’s up for grabs. The worst thing that companies can do is ignore what they’ve learned about their workforce in this period and how they like to operate. So far, the results have been fascinating.
