Alex has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He spent 12 years at Microsoft, gaining diverse experience with enterprise customers through to leadership of channel partner teams and programmes.
Alex has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He spent 12 years at Microsoft, gaining diverse experience with enterprise customers through to leadership of channel partner teams and programmes.
In 2010, Alex joined Rise (part of 1&1) as mManaging Director running their Cloud IaaS hosting proposition. He developed Rise into a successful cloud business and in 2011, they were awarded Microsoft’s prestigious world-wide Hosting Partner of the Year. In February 2013, Alex joined the Cloud Industry Forum in a full time capacity as Chief Executive Officer. He had been serving as non-Executive Director since 2008.
