Chris is responsible for technology design and platform assurance for our Radianz services.
Chris has held the role of Head of Radianz Design since 2012.
Prior to this, he was the Manager of Hosting Design and Operations, and the Head of the North American Global Service Centre.
With an extensive career deeply rooted in the financial services sector, specialising in technology, innovation, platform operations, and service assurance, Chris enjoys being a trusted customer advocate. Leveraging the voice of the customer, his service obsession drives BT to recognise market trends and disruptive technologies.
