Renato Goodfellow
Product Manager, Satellite Network Services
Renato brings vast experience of the satellite communications industry and how it fits into the customer communications landscape.
Renato joined BT in 1981 with a BSc in Physics and added MSc Satellite Communications, MSc Telecommunications Networks and MBA in Telecommunications Management with BT.
He’s worked in roles covering a wide range of disciplines, including strategy when BT was a co-owner of Intelsat, Eutelsat and Inmarsat, and network and service planning with TV International, DTH and SNG. Renato has also spent time working in government sales and solutions management in Africa & Middle East. He’s previously worked across a variety of sectors, including product management in the aeronautical and maritime sector interconnecting with new network operators. His current role is Product Manager for Satellite Network Services.
Renato is also studying part time for a medical degree, preparing for the future convergence of communications, health and medicine.
