Seetal Bhatti

As Director of HR, Seetal leads a diverse HR team based in the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, and the Americas.

On 1 April 2023, Seetal became Director of HR, Business. Prior to this, she was Director of HR for BT’s Global unit, having previously served as HR Director for dynamic infrastructure in BT Technology and HR Director for service delivery in Openreach. In Openreach, Seetal was responsible for defining and executing the people strategy to support BT’s FTTP connections ambition.

Prior to joining BT in 2018, Seetal was Global People Director at AB InBev having joined via the company’s acquisition of SABMiller. She played a key role in supporting the people convergence planning and integration of the two companies, as well as defining the future operating model.

Seetal spent her early career at Centrica, first joining on their graduate programme before moving into a variety of generalist and specialist HR in the British Gas Services Division.
