Change your UK Billing address

Welcome to the new Billing Address Change form for BT’s large business & public sector customers. If you need to change the address to which one of your UK invoices is sent, please complete the form below and we will amend our records accordingly.

To ensure we only accept changes to a billing address from a duly authorised person from your company, please provide all the answers to the security questions below. For security reasons, we will confirm the change with the current Billing owner according to our records.
